On-campus COVID-19 diagnostic testing

Have COVID-19 Symptoms? 

If you have symptoms like a cough, fever or shortness of breath OR have had close contact with someone that has been diagnosed with COVID-19, call 803-576-8511 for guidance and to schedule a test.


To protect the health and well-being of the campus community, students, faculty and staff who are returning to campus for Phase 2 (June 22-July13) or Phase 3 (July 14-August 3) of the university’s Return-to-Work Plan are strongly encouraged to have a COVID-19 test.

This July there will be numerous COVID-19 diagnostic testing clinics hosted at the Center for Health and Well-Being. Test consists of a self-administered nasal swab. Appointments required.

Dates:
July 8, 9, 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Cost: No co-pay or out-of-pocket costs; charges filed to health insurance. If an employee does not have health insurance, they can still get tested for free by informing clinic check-in personnel that they are uninsured.

Results: You will be notified of your test result in MyHealthSpace within 3-5 business days or by phone.

*Enter through south entrance of building, nearest parking garage. See check-in staff for instructions.

When you arrive: Everyone must wear a face covering or mask while in Student Health Services facilities and stay six feet apart from other guests. Sanitize your hands before and after touching surfaces.
